Received the wrong goods, defective goods, or goods damaged during transportation:

Please specify the reason for the return or exchange. Please include photos of the goods and order numbers so that we can arrange for replacements and recalls of damaged products as soon as possible. Please note that you should not return the goods without our prior notice. We do not accept any returns or exchanges without informing us or confirming their authenticity. A customer service representative will inform you of the return procedure and provide the return address and method. If you return or exchange your item for the above reasons, we will not charge the return postage and will replace it with a new one.
Return period
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods; returns and exchanges are not accepted after this period.
Notice:
• If any item in the set is damaged, please return the entire set to us. We cannot exchange individual items in the set.
• Returned or exchanged goods must be in the same packaging as when they were received (e.g., original packaging, sealed, etc.). We cannot return or exchange any goods that have been opened or used.
