Procurement Qualification

Product prices, quantities, and other information on the website are subject to change at any time without prior notice from BIOEFFECT. If we discover any obvious errors in the products or orders displayed on the website, we reserve the right to unilaterally refuse the order.

Product supply level and quantity

All orders placed through our customer service center or website are subject to BIOEFFECT's supply levels and require acceptance by BIOEFFECT. Price, taxes and shipping costs

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the website product pages or all quotes from the customer service center are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) and include taxes and fees. Shipping costs and other taxes (if any) can be found on the website.

BIOEFFECT reserves the right to modify prices and shipping costs at any time without prior notice. The changed prices will apply to orders submitted through the website.

Customer reviews and confirms orders

Before submitting an order through the website, you should carefully check all details, including but not limited to specific information for each transaction, which will be provided to you through the website's order summary or by a BIOEFFECT representative (if you submit an order through the customer service center).

Order Confirmation

After you place an order on the website or through the customer service center, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS, which includes details of your order and your chosen payment method. This order confirmation includes the order number assigned by BIOEFFECT.

This order confirmation does not indicate that BIOEFFECT has accepted your order.
You can modify your order before payment, by calling customer service to modify your order, or by canceling your order before delivery, but you cannot cancel after delivery. Doing so will not affect your other rights under the terms of sale.
